Speaking of the manga, I'm more and more worried too. I liked how it was different from the series, but the latest chapters are much too similar to EoE - I sincerely hope there'll be some major twist soon and the ending of the manga will be totally different. (But then again, we have a saying here: hope is the mother of fools. :D)
Gendou and Fuyutsuki on the Moon - I can already see those crossover fanfics, where the USS Enterprise goes back in time and beams them to the Moon and back. XD (Please, tell the the at least had space suits...)
