Belated Ferragosto pictures :3
So, I managed to retrieve the pics ;o; Unfortunately it's just a few 'cause my camera was killed FUCKING IMMEDIATELY, but that's it for now ;3;
These are mostly for you,
m3n747, since you wanted pics of our docks and boats ;3

We arrived when the main boat (these are all fishing boats, since this is a fishermen village) was just coming back from the sea procession.
Basically, the statue of Virgin Mary that graces the main square (it's that very tiny stone statue), is put on a fishing boat and they go for a ride on the sea. Other fishing boats, and people on random boats, follow them there and then get back.
It's a very cool thing.
And since Ferragosto's celebrations were usually dedicated to wishes for the new harvest, it's kinda cool that the fishermen go to the sea to wish for a good catch instead xD

Uhm, yeah, these are more people and a Police car. It's always fun to take pictures at random Police cars XD

More people following the arrival of the main boat from the street.

This SHOCKED ME. --WE ACTUALLY HAVE ORIGINAL (and they were not made in China for once!) SOUVENIRS XDDD ?!!
This is our mythical lighthouse!!! Obviously it's not working anymore by now, but it's still there, showing off a glorious past! (but I assume that it'll be removed soon since a new port is on the making there ;_; Our lighthouse ;_; ...)

Porchetta ;_; My camera died here, after it slipped from my hands while I was trying to get a better picture of the meat T_T ...
Now that I think about it, porchetta is very similar to kebab... It's heavily treated, roasted and spicied meat served in slices as sandwhiches or on plates... The only difference is that porchetta is, as the names tells you, pork.
BTW, I didn't eat it :3 I had some cute fried squids instead :3

And, dulcis in fundo, your sweet sweet Dae!
The son of my friend took this picture of me after we got home-- You can see how suffering I was for the heat and supper XD So, yeah, I'm not in the best shape ever XD --BUT, YEAH, I wore my yukata during the festival ^_^/ I WON ^_^//
And that's all, now I'm going to get the new episodes of Usagi Drop and No.6 :D
Ja ne!
