FOOD SPAM! + 30 Days Naruto Challenge: Day #28

This evening a neighbour invited us to dinner (so I didn't do anything else, as drawing or taking care of the wig in the previous post ^_^; ][thank you again for your suggestions, guys! ♥])-- I managed to take pictures :D
This is delicious Cacio e Pepe pasta, a typical Roman pasta dish featuring Pecorino cheese :3

The second was international! Well, besides the delicious zucchini side dish ♥, caponata, and the main course was breaded cod with onion, red pepper and oil, according to a Spanish receipt (which I don't know remember the name) :D It was good!

I don't like alcohol stuff, but I'm a huge fan of Borghetti coffee.
It's actually coffee LIQUOR, and it's famous because it was a popular drink served in the stadium during football matches... Now it's obviously forbidden, 'cause apparently modern hooligans can't deal with such things without getting drunk and turning violent =_=; but you can still find 'abusive' sellers of this delicious liquor around the stadium of Rome, Naples and Ancona >D

Then, Day #28 - Character that you'd like to cosplay
I've all ready to cosplay a young Itachi (but a wig, LOL), but I keep procrastinating ^_^;;
Itachi is my favourite character, so of course I should dress up like him at a certain point of my life, and this version is the one that I like the most <3
I also love chibi!Itachi with his hair short, but since I'm a huge girl I'm not very credible as a 8 years old little boy >_>;

Surely you meant recipe, not receipt? XD

Speaking of coffee liqueurs, some two years ago I got really lucky and found a bottle of Kahlúa in a local liquor shop - and it was the last bottle they had, too. It cost me a bit (especially since I also bought a 0,5 of Bols), but it sure was worth it. Two words: White Russian! :D (Also, this White Russian. XD)

Mhhhh, looks intruiguing :D But probabkly too aromatized for my tastes..? The good thing about Borghetti is that it tastes like sweet coffee and nothing else, but it makes you happy instead of nervous, LOLOL XD

Anyway, both the liquor and the cocktail sound quite tasty ;o; --!

Kahlúa does taste quite distinctly - I wouldn't really drink it on its own, but it makes a great ingredient for drinks or an interesting addition to ice cream. If you get a chance to try White Russian, I encourage you to do so! :D

PS. I finally got that haircut and had the tooth removed! XD

I don't think that I'll ever manage to taste a White Russian since there's no Kahlua here in Italy-- Maybe in some Mexican restaurant..? Who knows D:

It's not exactly commonplace here either - the shop I found it in only had three bottles and it took them a long time to sell them. But with pubs that's another story, they are usually well equipped; that's where I first had a White Russian, so if you look around you should be able to find something. ^^

Um...the classic, and those shells. Two chefs cook it right in front of you and it's ready with minutes, which is neat. :D

They also serve spaghetti that you get yourself plus a choice of meatball sauce, alfredo sauce (I always pick the alfredo sauce), and garlic bread.

--Everytime I hear about "meatball sauce" I shiver XD ! I read somewhere that it's the most popular kind of pasta sauce in the world, making it JUST SO WEIRD X'D

LOL! I didn't know that it was actually "a sauce" XDDDDDD Here it's called "Pasta burro e parmigiano" (butter and parmesan pasta) and it's actually THE BASIC of cooking pasta ^_^; ! --Probably is it famous because "fettuccine" is used for it..? We usually have this kind of simple sauce with spaghetti or penne ^_^
