[tutorial] Cellshading with Paintshop Pro :3

coral_dana_rose asked and here I go with extremely lazy lame and unprofessional tutorial to cellshade pretty drawings.
As you know I'm a very-very-very lazy person. *It's a metabolism thing!*
So, as an artist who doesn't want to waste her time with brushes, layers and selections I'm used to find quick ways to color and get relatively nice stuff.

For this tutorial I'll use my Paintshop Pro 7.
PSP pretty sucks for paint-looking CG but it's PURE AND TOTAL LOVE for cellshading, pixel art and icons ♥
Speaking of it this tutorial is mostly based on my pixel art skills, so this is my procedure to make dolls applied to CG.
