ANITUBE - Here you can actually watch online (or eventually download on your PC, in happy .avi format) streaming subbed episodes from various series.
You can find Darker than Black, Gurren Lagann, Bokurano, Seto no Hayanome and much more ^_^

It's quite useful if you don't want to download the episodes over your HD or deal with damn encoding problem.
