There are lawyers with long hair. We even have a politician with long hair in Sweden... but he's in that time of life where he should realize the ponytail doesn't make him look young and cool, only pathetic. xP
I think a young hot laywer with long hair would be really yummy. Almost that I would consider doing something naughty just to get Itachi to defend me in the court of law. x3
