You know, the deal with Sailor Moon was that this company bought the right to distribute it, but they mostly focused on the anime and merchandise. They decided to release the manga just 'cause the anime was extremely successful. At the time (I was still in middle school-- It's more than 16 years ago?) manga still wasn't as popular as today... They were published "reflected" (to keep the western way of reading) and released in typical 20/24 pages issues, like American comics... Anyway, they kept the rights for so long and never cared to release a proper manga edition. Now this company bought it, and finally we'll get our proper Sailor Moon version ;_;
