Ahah, well, he's zombified and in the midst of his water jutsu stuff there so he doesn't look very hot XD They're actually pretty similar, but Mangetsu looks a bit more badass than his little brother ;3;
Oh, Hinata and Neji are actually cousins, since their fathers were brothers. Hinata refers to Neji as "big brother" probably because it's a formal thing, or maybe because you call that a carnal cousin in Japanese-- I don't know XD Fffffft, I hope that they'll end up together at the end of the series ;3;
