Oh, there are two options: 1) Since he's a bit rude to Kazuki (the way every good seme is to his uke), he can help him to not get too much spoiled. 2) Since every admirator is a potential rival, he makes sure to vigilate over Kazuki's 'safety'.
(in my opinion he had to smex Kazuki, so that he could get over his fever faster, LOL XD)
