TRAP POST!

So, yesterday I finally read the last chapter of Hourou Musuko, and while nodding with approvation, it also made me wonder about my favourite trap characters-- THUS, TODAY I WRITE THIS POST.
Praying that stupid LJ would do his job >_<
--And that's all.
Thinking that one day I'd confirm that terrible "Women can be interesting only when they are played by men" statement, I feel ashamed of my whole self T_T

![]() | Norio Kouga (Narutaru) Norio was the first trap I ever met, and it was during I time when I TOTALLY DISLIKED YAOI. At first I really didn't care about him, also if I found interesting that a cute boy could look cuter than a girl XD but as chapters went on, he easily became one of my favourite character of the series I was particularly drawn by his caustic personality, which wasn't really as stupid as modern "tsundere", but way more complex and.. sad. Noririn was in love with his "partner", an idiot jock who thinks that getting girls pregnant was the best thing. Aware of the hetero-stupidity of his beloved, Noririn's strongest wish was to be a woman, so that this idiot would consider to have sex with him-- and this impossible wish just turned him into the most misogynous creature EVER XD --which was quite amusing, 'cause it was fun to have this canon character speaking shit about all those idiotic female characters there in your place (but Satomi! I LIKE SATOMI!!) XD So, yeah. In the end he died THE MOST TERRIBLE DEATH (Mohiro Kitoh is a SICK FUCK), but we're at least shown that the moron he loved deeply cared about him, if not as a lover, at least as the most precious friend-- I-IT WAS ALL SO SAD, I FEEL LIKE CRYING-- NORIRIIIIN T___T
![]() | Ayumi Saitou (Shion no Ou) WHEN I GOT TO KNOW THAT AYUMI WAS A BOY I GOT SERIOUSLY SHOCKED O___O Ayumi dressed up as a girl to take part in shogi's female tournaments. Since the female tournament is easier (...) he wishes to be crown the champion so that he could use his money to pay her mother's medicine/treatments (or something like that, I don't remember anymore, LOL)... So, Ayumi is not gay, or he's pleased to dress up as a girl. He is the serious person who act with a straight aim in his life and he's dedicated to reach it. He was charming as a girl, but kinda dull as a boy, expecially after he fell in love with the protagonist XDDD Though, I liked how he happened in the most YAOIEST situations for a reason or another XDDD I had my huge share of fun by picturing him in smexy situations with the charismatic Satoru, the mysterious Makoto and his misanthropic teacher Osamu... Also, he sported cute braids and glasses. Of course I liked her XD --I wonder how things ended up with him.. I just watched the anime, but I know that the manga has a longer story...
![]() | Mariya Shidou (Maria-holic) --I LOVE YOU, MARIYA-SAMA ;o; !!! Actually, I don't think I like sadistic personalities at all, but I like to see them interact with other people :D --Expecially the sneaky types who feign innocence and cuteness, hiding a terrible personality∼! So, Mariya is probably my most favourite trap character. He dresses up as a girl because of a weird challenge between the former director of the school and the two Shidou twins, her grandchildren. Mariya has a twin sister, Shizu, who is his exact opposite and is forced to crossdress like a boy for the same reason. Despite the challenge, though, it's shown that Mariya and Shizu used to change roles even when kids, implying that Mariya liked taking his sister's place and dressing up. Mariya probably likes girls, but since his perverse personality I think that he wouldn't mind to sleep with boys too, if just to mindfuck them ...*lost in fantasies*
![]() | Kuranosuke Koibuchi (Kuragehime) Kura is my favorite second trap, but once in a while he reaches first place 'cause he's just that awesome. He dresses like a girl because he loves pretty dresses, but he's definitely heterosexual What I like about him is that he's one of that Inspiring Person which happen in the world once every 1000 years :/ He has the skills of motivating people, and making their wishes come true ;o; Just how awesome is that? I also love how, despite his cute figure and "dolly face", he's actually pretty manly and aggressive ;o; <3 This create a nice contrast and lots of fun situations XD --Oh, please, never change, Kura-sama T_T !!
![]() | Kenjirou Hato (Genshiken Niidaime) I must say that I wasn't very fond of Hato at the beginning, I just couldn't understand if he was fish or meat, and he gave me a general vapid feeling. --But I like how his character is developing, how he's reacting to what is around him, asserting his personality! Hato likes to dress like a girl 'cause in his opinion it makes his fudanshi experience better and he just feels more comfortable in girl's clothes; he has a girly, timid personality but he likes girls. It's shown that he's pretty good at Judo 'cause he practiced it regularly in middle school
![]() | Shuuichi Nitori (Hourou Musuko) Nitori is one of those weird characters that look cute and shy but are actually quite strong-willed. I couldn't bear his whole deal with his confused feelings for Takatsuki and all the drama romance, SERIOUSLY. But I like how he's shown getting more and more determinated, bold and blunt in many occasions about his feelings. --Recently he got employed as a waitress in a tiny cafe and he's wondering about getting into club activities in his new school (apparently he's in the same school as Mako, Doi, Oka and Fumiya)... Nitorin is determined to go into a sex change as soon as possible, but he's not sure about what's with his sexual orientation... Actually, he's shown to like girls... But is he probably attracted to them as "examples to follow" instead of actual lovers..?
![]() | Ringo Tsukimiya (Uta☆Pri) The most recent trap I stumbled upon, and one of my instantly favourite :D Ringo is a teacher in a music-oriented vocational school, but also a famous idol. He's a man but likes to dress and act as a woman, and wants other people to refer to him as a lady. Ringo has a strong yet fun personality, and he's extremely extrovert, but not quite as naive as he likes to show. His sexual preferences are unrevealed for now, but in some scenes of the game he's shown flirting with the protagonist-- |
