I only know Kuranosuke, Hato-kun, and Nitori from the list you named, but of course I like all of them! (I did eventually watch Hourou Musuko although I didn't like Nitori as much as I liked Takatsuki... but I definitely saw why you liked Nitori/Doi).
Narutaru is one of those things I want to watch but am kind of scared to. I know that it ends badly, like, mindfuck-level badness, and so I've been kind of spooked from trying it out since I don't like anything that is super disturbing. But that description sounds kind of weirdly compelling and so maybe I'll give it a shot. So, is there a manga? I only know about the anime but since you mentioned chapters I think you must have read it...
