I saw some episodes of Lost out of curiosity, it never really interested me enough to watch it regularly, but I watched enough of it to understand that it wasn't my cup of tea XD
I can tell you that, despite the obvious different setting, the concept is the same, how people react in a different enviroment dealing with a dangerous, mysterious opponent, and how their character and relationships develop under its stress.
I assume that the interesting bit would be to see how the characters develop, but I didn't manage to feel a bit of sympathy towards any character (but the black guy and his kid!), so I'm not really interested in that XD Still, I may try and finish at least the first season before dropping it definitely!
