A fun fact that happened me at work when dealing with a suspicious baggage:

--Looks like the descriptive skills of males are seriously lacking! It's ok to mistake a scarf for a foulard (ugh-- Not really, but--) but PURPLE with PALE PINK D: ?!
At first I thought that it was me-- We girls are probably too sensitive to colours and such. So I asked to another co-worker:

Ma ammetto che nella vita di tutti i giorni specificare la differenza tra viola e rosa pallido è abbastanza inutile, come tra "foulard" e "straccio".
E poi nel tuo lavoro i colori più importanti sono quelli del filo rosso, quello blu e quello verde.
