[Glory Box]

Here I aaaam!

Since the new year is always an excuse for resolutions, I decided that it's time for me to sit down and start to plan out things, in the remote possibility that I'd focus my creativity properly for once... But also as a chance for some kind of "road map" of 2014!
As you can see, this year I wanna focus on original projects, most of them deriving from my webcomics.

There are other projects and ideas that are still floating in my mind, see the never aborted projects on Tamara de Lempicka and Dorian Gray, or those Nazis whose story I'll have to tell someday, and what about that Sci-Fi thing which only thing defined was its title..? Well, for now I'd like to focus on the titles that really revamp my inspiration :3

I'm glad to announce that tonight, at 0 o'clock, I posted the last page of my (attempt at) gekiga Sakura Mishōzo.

I must say that it became really different from what I initially planned, a simple fangirling over the relationship between the historical figures of Oda Nobunaga and Mori Ranmaru.
As I kept drawing, Mitsubachi became more preminent as did the ninja mini-plots: I guess it was because of the feedbacks I received while releasing the pages; I didn't expect for Mitsubachi to become so popular...

Ooh, well then, if you didn't read it yet you can do it now.
I'm really up for some feedback and opinions, since yaoi!Gallery is offline again >_<

Also, the story performs YAOI and SHOTA bits.

A fun fact that happened me at work when dealing with a suspicious baggage:

--Looks like the descriptive skills of males are seriously lacking! It's ok to mistake a scarf for a foulard (ugh-- Not really, but--) but PURPLE with PALE PINK D: ?!

At first I thought that it was me-- We girls are probably too sensitive to colours and such. So I asked to another co-worker:

Yesterday I finished drawing the first chapter (10 pages), I'll post a finished page (inked and everything) everyday, if possible.

Yeah, today I managed to finish the linearts for the postcard portraits of the Sakura mishō zo (from now on, shortened as Sakurazo 'cause I'm linguistically nonchalant like that)'s protagonists.
LOL! Instead of producing this shit I should start working on the comic, that's it X'D

You can easily tell that Nobunaga's is my favourite portrait of the slot (I'm so proud of the pose-- So NOBUNAGA'S. I got it from that tiny panel of Sengoku. Also, rejoice in Nobunaga's hotness, my friends). --Also if I'm very happy of how Mitsubachi's looks, too. I'm a bit hesitant about Ranmaru's, but that was to be expected-- It's difficult to portray a character who's just famed as a pretty boy with some balls >_> But I swear that I'll make him better in the comic! After all a static image can't compare to the actual scenes that I have in mind-- Ahah, it's going to be really fun x3 I should stop flailing around and focus on the plotline... PLOT DAE, PLOT!

Tomorrow I'd like to work on the portraits of the minor characters (Ranmaru's little brothers, Nobunaga's dutiful son, Hideyoshi, Mitsuhide and Toshiie-- OH YEAH!)... I'm still wondering over some of their characterizations, though. Mitsuhide is a huge question mark-- I can't really tell what kind of guy he was, I have so many contradictory informations over him D:
--Bah. I think I'll just characterize him as the small-minded literate asshole he was.

OH, and tomorrow is the Holy Easter! Since I'll be too busy with drawing thinglets and stuff my face with chocolate eggs, I wish you a good time in advance ^_^ !
