daeva_neesanOH MY GOOD LORD-- Today dad cooked this one (he ate it on a restaurant during one of his motorcycle trips and managed to re-do it!):
It's delicious tortelloni (filled with ricotta and spinaches) dressed in a simple but tasty butter & sage sauce... All over it, a spray of Parmesan cheese, of course :3

You know, the sauce is nothing special, it's really good 'cause the pasta filling is rich ^_^; !
