skinst_bomb account over DevART 'cause I thought it would be interesting to answer :3 Since the questions were mostly USA-oriented I tried to convert them to a neutral taste.
01) Would you do meth if it was legalized? Ahah, why, if it's legalized it'd be less harmful XD ? No, I leave this kind of stuff to weak people with little imagination.
02) Abortion: for or against it? I'm against it. I'm generally against every act that tend to de-responsibilize people and the effects that their action have on others.
I don't think that people have the right to take other people's lifes, expecially of those who still have unimaginable potential like children, even if they're unwanted. FFS, just give them to adoption, then!
03) Do you think the world would fail with a female president? The "whole world" x'D ? No, of course.
04) Do you believe in the death penalty? What's with the "believe", is it some kind of religion XD ?
Anyway, no, I don't. Death penalty is dumb and unjust.
I greatly encourage lynching, instead :D
05) Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already? No, I don't see any use for it... But I think that it should be allowed to treat the pain in certain forms of terminal diseases.
06) Are you for or against premarital sex? I don't care about what people want to do with their own genitals XD But I'd like them to be responsible and aware of what they're about to do.
I know of people (expecially underage!) that have complete sexual experiences without even knowing the basics of sexual education!
07) Do you believe in God? I do!
08) Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized? No. Marriage is meant for men and women to procreate children, as the basic cell of society.
This is not a consideration about the quality of love or about the relationship itself, it's just a basic, anthropological fact.
This said, though, I support alternatives to socially recognize same-sex couples: everyone has the right to see his love recognized into a society, 'cause also if I firmly believe that love is just a temporary alteration of a peaceful state of mind, it still looks like it's the force that makes the world go 'round. --But please, don't adopt kids or ask for the Pope to bless you >_>; You can still have a fulfilling love life even without that!
09) Do you think it's wrong that so many immigrants are illegally moving to your country? Mhh, I don't think it's wrong for people to try seek a better enviroment, but immigration flux definitely need some control and regulation, expecially 'cause the most of these guys, due to their illegal situation, don't have the chance to find a licit job or improve their social situation. It's terrible to think that farmers, students or mothers are forced to become criminals, whores or have to work like slaves 'cause they don't have the possibility to do anything better.
10) A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it? It depends on the eviroment; if she has the adequate support I think she should... If not, she could give the baby in adoption, or her mother could adopt them as their children >_>; ...
11) Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen? *in Italy the age to drink alcohol is 16 x'D* I think that it depends on the maturity of the involved parties. Generally I think that the higher the age limit, the better is it, 'cause you can have responsible people at such age, but the most of them just wants to party all night long and turn themselves into pitiful, vomiting beings. --Which doesn't make 'em eligible to any right.
12) Should the war in Iraq be called off? In case you didn't notice the war in Iraq is over. What the NATO is doing now is making sure that the country is safe enough for people to take its administration back without any danger for further violence, riots or golpes.
The problem is that it's difficult for a country that lived under a dictature for around thirty years to suddenly deal with democracy. Probably it was better to let them live in an uncivilized, repressed country in the first place and wait for the people to change that state of things on their own. --But who knows what may happen in between..?
13) Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree? Generally, I agree with it. It's a controversial subject, but I think that many of such restrictions are to prevent an abuse of the subject, not against the subject itself.
Now you need the consent of the sick person, in 10 years you could just make the choice by yourself wherever you're tired of dealing with someone sick in your family.
If I were in those people's shoes, I don't know what I'd want to do.
14) Do you believe in spanking your children? Of course: sometimes a good spanking is worth a thousand scoldings :D
15) Would you burn your country flag for a million dollars? No, I wouldn't. I don't believe that money count more than my beliefs, even if modern society strongly prompts me to think otherwise XD
16) Who do you think would make a better president? I don't know. It's difficult to judge the work of someone in advance, expecially not knowing the shit that they had to deal with.
17) Are you afraid others will judge you from reading some of your answers? AHAH, as if I care about other people's judgement!! --ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME, MWAHAHAH!
