CRAP, today is Ash Wednesday D: I wanted to draw that porny Katashiro/Reiji comiclet but my religion forbids me ;_; ..? Well, I'll draw it anyway, it's going to be a "penance" in any case since I'd rather sleep XD

TODAY I'M OFFERING YOU RANDOM ANIME MUSINGS.

First of all, this scene during Level E #9 made me laugh like a psycho for a while XD








--I think that Craft's reaction was pretty amusing XDD And I loved how everyone is shocked but Sade x'DDD
(And it's ok if everytime that I spot Craft I think of Itachi-sama ;o; ?)

Then, while looking through the intraweb for hot Shingo pictures, I happened to stumble over this blog.
Among LOTS of entertaing, delicious Star Driver crap (see spoilery summaries about the upcoming episodes), here's a delicious extract about a fan-theory about Sugata and Takuto being twin brothers--

Takuto and Sugata are twins theory summary

• They have the same birthday
• Head (purple) = Takuto (red) + Sugata (blue) {seriously, lol @ both 2ch and 4chan come up with the same shit}
• The Shindou estate is decorated with Reiji’s paintings –> Head has some connection to the Shindou family
• Takuto and Sugata chat about [Takuto's] father in front of one of Reiji’s paintings…
• The secret reason Takuto came to the island, there’s something more to it than “finding his father” in episode 16
(Tauburn and the mark stuff aren’t secrets for Takuto and viewers though) {idk what the logic of this last point is}

Sora = a member of the Shindou family theory

• Katashiro (形代, katashiro = a substitute) is a substitute for the (yet to be born) head of the Shindou family?
• “Let me paint her. I think there’s value in preserving her beauty” -> Sora is the key to the birth of the King’s mark
• “I’m so glad you’re a beautiful boy. This is fate.” -> Sugata being born with the King’s mark.
• “I think of him as an ally” -> Takuto has the Tau mark and is Head’s son {lol, I think this has gone seriously off track}
• Takuto who [wasn't born with] a mark is not on the island. Sugata who [was born with] a mark is on the island -> the pair separated… {playing off a way to read the “it’ll be alright spell”}
• The things Sora left behind. The thing connecting Sora and Head = Takuto, and the thing connecting Sora and Katashiro = the pocket watch.

Then, in the comments, there are more speculations about Sora being a member of the Shindou family:

Reasons why Sora might be a Shindou (courtesy of /a/, but I bet you saw these too)
1 – Her name was conspicuously omitted
2 – Arranged marriage seems to run in the family
3 – Both Shindou and Sora start with S (same with Shindou and Sugata)
4 – Tokio’s paintings are all over the Shindou mansion
5 – Sugata never mentions either of his parents, which is very suspicious.
6 – There haven’t been any boys in the clan in a while. Since the bloodline must go on strong, it would make sense to marry the girls off to marked clans. (INBRED AS CRAP)
7 – The Takuto and Sugata being twins theory is starting to look very plausible. If it turns out to be true… There’s no way Sora can’t be a Shindou.

So, what do you think..? I'm not completely buying this, but this sounds pretty plausible.

It's too bad my interest in Level E died after episode five. Sci-fi just isn't my thing. =/

Well, he IS an alien, why wouldn't he have gender-changing abilities? XD

....Sugata and Takuto being long-lost twin brothers just broke my brain. O.O

Since the "theory" about Marino being a clone that Mizuno created from her own power was true after all...I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO THINK ANYMORE. :OOOOO!

Yeah, I actually started reading the comic years ago, then I gave it up 'cause it was too expensive, LOL XD
Later I stumbled over the anime and I decided to give it a try for the sake of quality anime. It's kinda "heavy" in some bits, but it's really interesting and well done! The characters and their relationship are amusing!
The only flaw, as I said, is that the author is a bit too much "cerebral" and the flow is a bit heavy to follow... But pretty awesome indeed!
