UtaPri & Hourou Musuko commentaries...

So, UtaPri anime is finally over. I honestly don't know how I managed to watch through all of it, 'cause my hate for the female protagonist was just TOO MUCH, and how she managed to turn all the pretty boys IDIOT so easily didn't help at all-- Seriously, I was about to turn off the video and give up on this show at least 3 times because of the shitty protagonist...

This said, this anime wasn't absolute crap-- It was well-done and the story was not so terrible. Too bad that the female protagonist was just full of shit.
Anyway, I can finally give you my rankings of the boys!!!

1st - OTOYA Ittoki
2nd - NATSUKI Shinomiya
3rd - MASATO Hijirikawa
4th - SHO Kurusu
5th - TOKIYA Ichinose
6th - Ren Jinguuji

--Apparently I'm a A Class fangirl, then XD ? Otoya is just adorable <3 I loved him during the whole story, he was just the nicest boy and the one whose comments and reaction made sense! I love honest and cute persons like him ;o; On the other side of the moon, people like Ren is those I hate the most. Not only his manners as a host were totally inopportune and bothering, but he had the shittiest personality, being talented and not wanting to use his capabilities, and he was just so snappy and touchy-- JUST GO FUCK YOURSELF >_>#
--I like Natsuki 'cause he's cute, has classes and has a double, smexy personality :DDD
My favourite UtaPri pairing is Natsuki/Sho ^_^ I would like to see Masato/Otoya too (LOL, they look SO MUCH LIKE SUGATA AND TAKUTO!) but Japan doesn't seem to understand such obviousness.

Also, I totally fapped over the "rivals" that showed up at the end :D
I checked on the videogame website, and I found out that they are some new characters from the game sequel (Cecil is there too! SQUEEEE!). More pretty boys :D ♥ I'll definitely investigate further once the profiles of the new charas will be up :D ♥

Now, on a totally different subject, today, profitting of ch.101 release, I gave up and re-read the "High School" chapters of Hourou Musuko to get some sense out of it XD
This is not cut 'cause people must deal with my hard work XD

So, actually:
-Doi, Mako, Nitorin and Oka are all attending the same High School as Fumiya.
-Nitorin and Mako are in the same class.
-Nitorin and Mako got into the choir (and badminton XD) clubs. Fumiya is there too, unwillingly XD Doi joined the tennis club and Oka does nothing XD
-Nitorin works part-time as a waitress (LOL) while Mako works in his parents bakery :3 (LOL at Nitorin first going to Yuki's bar looking for work x'DDD)
-Takatsuki and Chiba are in the same High School, the same that Nitorin applied for, the one without uniform restrictions. They are not in the same class, though.
-LOL, Takatsuki and Chiba are practically a pairing on their own at everybody's eyes XDDDD --DAE APPROVES OF THIS SHIT :DDDD <3 !!
-Chi-chan, Sasa and Momo go to another different high school that can be reached by bus.
-Apparently Fumiya/Chiba are still together.
-Apparently Nitorin/Anna are too D: ? It looked like they broke up after Nitorin's "scandal" in middle school, but in the last chapter Maho refers to Nitorin as Anna's boyfriend..? DON'T KNOW D: --JAPANESE AND ITS STUPID LINGUISTIC AMBIGUITY!

Also, shocking news:
Doi was forced by his senpai at the tennis club to get a haircut XDDD Poor Doi!

Yes, there's Tomochika (http://myanimelist.net/character/40571/Tomochika_Shibuya), who is Haruka's best friend who is just lovely, supportive and fun (she's like a female version of Otoya XD)! I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DIDN'T GIVE HARUKA AT LEAST A BIT OF THE SAME ENTHUSIASM OF TOMOCHIKA D:

--Though, Amelia, I don't know-- Your tastes on female protagonists are quite biased, maybe you'd like Haruka too XDD Personally I'd smash her face against a wall every three seconds D:

UtaPri, I'm not sure what to think about the series now that I've finished it haha: Non-existent story with pretty boys singing catchy songs which manages to be... entetaining in its own way. Those rivals look fabulous, they're totally teasing with a new season! Not enough Cecil, though ;__;

Ohhh yeah, finally someone else that dislikes Ren and Tokiya 8DDD Dammit, I hate these Playboy-ish characters in general and Ren didn't make it any more difficult for me not to like him!

Awww, no, c'mon, the story was stupid, but it was there and made sense: how the protagonist managed to get all these skilled but troubled boys together and let them express their awesomeness as a boy band.
I mean, in a media that couldn't allow you the selection of a "route" to follow, it was a good idea to have all the boys together as a group :3
Starry Sky had a shitty, nonexistent story, UtaPri was acceptable.

I don't know if they're going to make a new anime season, but they're going to release that sequel "UtaPri - Debut" game introducing these rivals, so probably the anime was a "promo" for the videogame and not viceversa :0

Ren was full of shit XD OMG, WHEN MASATO BITCH-SLAPPED HIM I CAME A THOUSAND TIMES, FOR GREAT JUSTICE XDD
As for Tokiya all his emo was just way too much and totally pointless. But I liked the idea of him being smexed by the megane assistant and hopefully that oyaji "President" too :D <3

Haha, okay, you're right. I'm actually quite happy to see that she didn't choose Tokiya (because he sure was coming off as the main guy) and the way they handled it without her picking a single guy was nice. However, compared to other otome game adaptations like La Corda d'oro this one didn't have as much substance to it. On the other hand, UtaPri had a lot more budget for their animation and Elements Garden did a great job with the music.

Admittedly, I never even really checked out SutaSuka because of all the bad reviews although I had really looked forward to it when it was announced.

The new game looks good so far (because there is Cecil!!), reminds me that I still have to continue playing UtaPri Repeat (which is quite challenging sometimes for someone who can barely read kanji OTL)

I know how you feel, that bitch-slap was well deserved :D! I think I preferred it when Tokiya was still Hayao, because his emoness and him feeling all-important was getting irritating. I'd love to see more of that megane guy!

I didn't watch Corda, I usually try to avoid anime from Otome games 'cause I suffer because of my fujoshiness XD
I kept up with Starry Sky 'cause I like Zodiac stuff and the boys were adorable, and I watchd this 'cause a friend suggested it to me and I wanted to give it a try :3 ...

Yep, Starry Sky was pretty bad :/ The only wonderful thing was the male characters and how well they fitted their zodiacs, but the interaction with the stupid heroine and the lack of an actual plot made it completely useless... Still, I managed to enjoy it 'cause I shoved my gay delusions everywhere XD

Yep, Cecil is really cute ;3; --I still find a bit weird that he's dressed all exotic in modern Japan, but he's really lovely ♥

Yep, the megane guy <3 f course he's a fake sadist with a soft spot for Tokiya's teary eyes, LOL XD
