All-Ronder Meguru vol.7 (FUCK YEAH >o< !), KuroBasu ch.166 (FINALLY!) and Summer Anime Season!

See that my loyalty finally paid off? For once the Italian release of All-Rounder Meguru was faster than the scanlations, ahah XD
This volume was dedicated mostly to the female characters of the series and their recent fights!

I must say that I really enjoyed to get to know more and see about Maki and Momoka ^_^

So, after the school adventures of Meguru, it's time for a kick-boxing tournament that Maki is going to attend.
Her opponent is a girl from Kansai, Ayako. SHE IS ADORABLE XD
And once she get to know that she's a MMA athlete, Maki got pissed off and commits a foul, ending up disqualified.
LOL, after Maria forced her to say that she was sorry for the dangerous foul, Maki get to know that Ayako started practicing MMA only this year, and previously she was a volleyball player... SHE GOT EVEN MORE PISSED SINCE MAKI HAD SOME YURI DISADVENTURES WITH THE VOLLEYBALL TEAM OF HER SCHOOL WHO TRIED TO SCOUT HER, LOL.
XD

After this first part, the story focus on Yudai and his family situation.
The story has references to the Tohoku Earthquake of the past year, and you can feel all the discouragement and wariness of Japanese people towards institutions because of it, the doubts about their future and such, all reflected in the personal experiences of Yudai.

Worried about her formal Judo teammate, Momoka goes to Yudai's home to ask him about coming back to the gym once his elbow is perfectly healed.
She then makes the promise that once she'll win her openweight tournament, he'll come back to the gym and practice ju-jitsu with her :D
At first I disliked Momoka 'cause I couldn't grasp her character, but as I get to know her better I like this mix of naivety and smartassness!
Anyway, the volume ends on the match of Momoka against this GIANT CANADIAN GIRL, Kate XD
By now it looks like Momoka's talent and skills are getting the better of Kate's stronger and well-trainer body, but is it really going to end with the victory of the tiny fighter--?

Finally, ch.166 of Kuroko no Basket was released >o< !!
I was already amusing over the whole "Murasakibara started to play seriously because he couldn't get over the tears of Himuro-san" thing, but this last chapter, showing the combined efforts of Murasakibara and Himuro acting and figfhting ike proper teammates made this pairing really grow on me :D
I mean, I still think that Murasakibara is ALL KIND OF CREEPY, and Yosen looks like a club of Emo Boys (well, with the exception of "gorilla" Okamura XD), but at least I like to see the Murasaki/Himuro interaction x3 !

Also, apparently the charts of the Summer Anime Season are out and-- I'll probably shock you, but I think that I'm going to watch ONLY ONE ANIME for this series, said Moyashimon Returns, 'cause I just adored the first series ^_^
At this point I'm sick of the "moe Sengoku" concept, so I don't really think that I'm going to waste my time with stuff like Oda Nobunaga no Yabou-- I mean, I'm still watching Sengoku Collection out of duty, I can't stand this crap anymore =_=; This one seems set as a harem anime too, so GO FIGURE MY BOREDOM.
To say the truth, I'm also intrigued by Kingdom, but all in all I'm not a fan of Chinese history, so I guess that I'll give it a try only if I'll feel extra lonely of anime action XD
