Cosplay status--

So, today I profitted to work a bit on my cosplay for LuccaComics... I was supposed to finally sew flashback!Itachi's t-shirt, but things didn't go as planned D:

Since I did a little but I indeed did SOMETHING, get ready for a pedantic post with pictures XD


So, the first step before sewing stuff up has been drawing/coloring the Uchiha crest on the back of the t-shirt.
I took a screenshot from an anime episode, enlarged it and traced it on the shirt.

This is the result after a first coat of cement.


--What's that? Ah yeah, the final result for the crest base.

I painted and re-painted that damn crest all day, waiting for it to dry properly between a repaint and another >_>
It wasn't suppose to take me the whole day, the bastard ;_;
Hopefully tomorrow I'll make more progresses >_>;;

Ooers, that turned out really nice. But...how did you trace it on in the first place?

Hm-- I place the pic on the shirt and pressed the borders with a pen as I traced the pic.
You'll get the mark on the fabric and I just traced the mark with a white coloured pencil.

That is amazing; I'm envious of your talent. Did you find a pattern for the shirt? I'm attempting a pre-massacre Itachi cosplay as well, and I have no idea how to sew the shirt. ;_; What material did you use for it?

Actually I think that I messed things up because I messed with the borders that I have to sew together >_> But I think that I'll manage it somehow ;_;
I'm using simple black and white cotton because it's cheaper XD
Anyway, I'm actually torturing myself to understand the damn colors ò_o Itachi shirt looks dark grey/black or blue depending on the frame, so the damn pants >_> !

LuccaComics è dal 1 al 4 Novembre ^_^
Poi c'è il Romics, dal 4 al 7 Ottobre che da quest'anno è vicino casa mia ^o^ (lì dovrei fare Kakuzu, sempre da Naruto ^_^)

alla fine te la sei cavata col rosso... o almeno così traspare dalla foto.
hai usato colori per stoffa, o altri? io uso sempre (cioè, li ho usati due volte xD) quelli per stoffa, ma non sono poi il massimo, sul nero -.-

Ho usato il gesso acrilico :3 Quello che si usa per il decoupage XD Al Liceo lo usavamo come base quano dovevamo dipingere sul legno >_>
Il rosso è normale acrilico ^_^

Purtroppo quando dipingi sul nero serve SEMPRE una base bianca, perchè solitamente questi colori non sono coprenti >_> (il rosso ad esempio non lo è-- E lo ODIO D:)
