--Ok, I'm taking care of this, it's now or never x'D
I'M SO LATE WITH ALL MY PROJEEEECTS! My webcomics, the promised porn-- I'm also behind on my anime watchlist! And I've been out for just less than two days, LOL!
Anyway!
This year I attended the infamous Lucca Comics to meet with some friends, but fortunately I also managed to attend some events and mind my own business (XD)

It's been a convention filled with regrets, 'cause I did only less of half the things that I wanted to do--But let's go in order!
First, the convention:

Saying that it was filled to the brim with PEOPLE would be an euphemism.
I attended it only on the day of saturday, when Jupiter presented me a series of perfect storms, so every now and then there was less people around the streets, but I think that the picture above gives you an idea of how Italian conventions are crowded.
Lucca is a peculiar convention, instead of using some building of sort, it happens in THE WHOLE CITY. You have the old town center, and booths and stands all around it; the bigger events are placed in the square or in comunal buildings (theatres and such)-- You see, it's not like there's little room for everything-- And, well, IT STILL MANAGES TO BE CROWDED!
Anyway, I managed to arrive early in the morning, so I could attend the conference about gunpla by the Gundam Italian Club and Italian Gunpla Builders.

It's been extremely interesting, and the guys of the GIC are always so nice T_T !! They told me that probably they'll attend another event here in Rome, I hope so!
After the Gunpla thingie, there was another mini-conference featuring Kengishū Kamui, a group of sword art performers... I would have liked to watch their exhibition in the evening, but I was busy eating pizza with the guys I went in Japan with last year ^_^; !

--Their founder Shimaguchi-san was really hot >_>; I don't like Asian men, but this kind is really my cup of tea >3> ...
I left early to check on my friends, but first I went to see the gunpla exhibition on the first floor... It was crazy XD

I find the world of modelism and gunpla extremely fascinating! If I wouldn't be so bad and destructive with my hands it's something that I'd like to do ;_;
I took a thousand pictures of all the gunpla exhibitions around the convention, you can check the whole album here: https://www.facebook.com/daevakun/media_set?set=a.612711712122898.1073741827.100001522233548&type=1
Then, (a little part XD) of the friends that I got to meet and some pictures:

Thumbs up for this Quattro cosplayer ;_; He was so tall ♥ and handsome T3T; *needs MOAR Char in real life!*
In the end I didn't buy anything:

Just some Kagemaru's movie promotional stuff from Hazard, volume 2 of Detonation Island and some Devilman cards that I was forced to buy to take a pic with the statue, LOL XD
Since I found the joys of online shopping sure I could attend such events with less awe and "hunger" than before... It's a bit sad, but it's CRISIS TIME, and even otaku are forced to save their money to some extent XD
...Once I was done with everything and it was late enough, I met with my parents out of the city and went to our hotel-- IT WAS SO CUTE!!!
Here are a few pictures:

Sorry for the pic with the bed (sofa) undone, ahah XD
It was a really nice place, so suggestive and picturesque *_* I took a few pictures there and of the places around too, here's the album: https://www.facebook.com/daevakun/media_set?set=a.612719202122149.1073741828.100001522233548&type=1
--I have a thing for cultivated lands... And Tuscany is surely one of the best places to see such sceneries ^_^
I don't know if I'll manage to go again next year... I was lucky 'cause I got some days of vacation in that period and my parents were up for a Pisa tour and some nice food, so I could get a free ride there, otherwise it's such an expensive trip :/ I guess that for now I'll just stick to Romics and other events nearby T_T; ... One thing is sure: ONE DAY IS NOT ENOUGH. NEVER.
