In the end it was because the phone company didn't abilitate some things-- Now my father can also browse the internet with his TV and cellphone and he's ecstatic x'D I just hope that he won't catch some weird virus >_>;

Now onto the summary--
The book is perfectly G and worksafe, focusing on the whereabouts of the Student Council (Kazuki, Hayato, Tsubasa & Tsukiko) + Oushiro.
It's pretty big, 60 pages long, and it features two stories, a long story about the guys dealing with a broken AC in their Student Council room and a shortie about Kazuki getting a cold and the others fussing over him (this has some very cute Oushiro/Kazuki subtexts *_*)
Tsubasa is happy and smashes the bags around--
So each guy tells a scary story: Tsubasa just uses scary sounds XD Hayato comes up with a story just to complain about Kazuki and Tsubasa's behaviour XD Oushiro shows off his stalking tendencies (the guys noted that that was kinda scary, though)-- And in the end Tsukiko comes with the scariest story XD
Then there's this very cute bit where Kazuki says that also in bothering situations he still has fun with everyone, and he's sorry that it's going to be their last year together--
The story ends with Kazuki thinking that every bit of time he spent with his friends is a lovely dream <3
Everyone is worried to death but Kazuki just wants to rest, so everyone leaves ;3;
In case you're wondering, I'm not going to scan the whole thing 'cause it's way too long for me and I don't wanna destroy the pages in the process, but I'll definitely post the second shortie over Aarinfantasy, so check it out in a bit :D

1) Since he's a bit rude to Kazuki (the way every good seme is to his uke), he can help him to not get too much spoiled.
2) Since every admirator is a potential rival, he makes sure to vigilate over Kazuki's 'safety'.
(in my opinion he had to smex Kazuki, so that he could get over his fever faster, LOL XD)

Anyway, speaking of the dial-up modem times, a friend of mine once visited his family and he and his cousin started downloading something really big, several hundred megabytes. Because the speeds back then were putting snails to shame, they left the computer on for the night (good for them my friend's cousin's father could afford that). The next morning my friend's cousin's sister comes along and says: "You know, you left the computer running for the night, I turned if off for you." Needless to say, they were mighty pissed off. :D
